From consulting agency to clinical-grade SaaS.
Panteya started as a business consulting agency for plastic surgery clinics in Sydney. While working closely with clinics to set up their practices, the team identified a massive gap in how patients were managed pre-operatively and post-operatively.
Clinic processes were heavily fragmented, relying on manual emails, printed handouts, and repetitive follow-up calls. Staff burned out on admin. Patients arrived unprepared. Compliance evidence sat in folders.
The team prototyped a digital solution, pitched it to existing clients, and received strong validation. With initial investment funding secured through UNSW and The George Institute for Global Health, Panteya built its first MVP, sold it to those same clients, and has been growing and adapting ever since.
Today Panteya is live across Australian surgical clinics in plastic and cosmetic surgery, and expanding into bariatric surgery, dental implants, OMFS, hair transplant, and ENT.
